Why Frau Wiener?
I have been living in Vienna for many years and know the tourism and hospitality scene inside out. During this time, I have carried out numerous projects for hotels, restaurants and cafés across the DACH region. My designs and concepts combine aesthetic design with measurable results: improved brand perception, stronger customer loyalty and clear positioning.
ANY QUESTIONS?
All our solutions – from logos and printed materials to digital media – are specifically tailored to the needs of the tourism and hospitality sectors. I am familiar with the workings of hotels, restaurants and tourism projects, and I know which designs appeal to target audiences, grab attention and fit the brand. Whether it’s designing a new logo, menus, brochures or an online presence – every project is tailored to the the specific requirements of the industry tailored to ensure your brand has a professional and recognisable image.
Time is often in short supply in the tourism and hospitality sectors. That is why I place great importance on Structured processes and clear communication. I plan every project carefully, set firm deadlines and keep you informed throughout the entire process. This ensures there are no delays, misunderstandings or unnecessary rounds of revisions. From the initial idea to the final implementation, I work efficiently so that you quick, tangible results hold in one's hands.
For me, design isn’t just about aesthetics – it must also work and deliver results. I develop concepts that clearly communicate the brand message, appeal to target audiences on an emotional level and deliver measurable results. This involves strategic thinking: which colours, fonts or imagery suit your brand? How can the design enhance your online and offline presence? My work ensures that your brand stands out, remains recognisable and stands out from the competition.
I will guide you personally and reliably from the initial idea right through to the final implementation. This means: direct contact, clear agreements and tailored solutions for your project. I listen carefully, understand your requirements and put them into practice. This creates a partnership based on mutual respect – you’ll always know where your project stands and can rest assured that, in the end, the result is a finished design that meets your expectations and strengthens your brand.
Good design isn’t just a matter of taste. It’s about strategy, psychology and craftsmanship. Many people create their logo, website or menu ‘somehow’ themselves – using a website builder, Canva or a quick idea. We might, not realise where the problem lies – but customers notice it straight away. Cluttered typography, poor font combinations, poor readability, inconsistent colours or a website that lacks clear navigation – all of these things cost you trust, time and revenue.
I'm a qualified graphic designer – and I know the practical side of things not just from a computer screen. I’ve stood behind the reception desk, worked in a commercial kitchen and experienced workflows, pressure points and decision-making processes first-hand. That’s precisely whyI approach design from the perspective of everyday life, not trends. I know where guests really look, how a menu needs to be structured to sell, why small typographical errors have a big impact, and how brand identities create clarity rather than confusion. From the first impression to the final click.
Typography: appropriate choice of typeface, spacing, and hierarchy
Menus: Structure, visual flow, readability, psychology
Branding: a consistent look rather than individual elements
Website: clear navigation, easy-to-understand content
Technology: a proper implementation rather than just ‘somehow online’
Many mistakes aren’t caused by a lack of effort – but because people has no experience in recognising them.
I don’t just offer design services; I provide a complete end-to-end service: concept development & design, website creation (in collaboration with partner contacts), ongoing maintenance & support, hosting & technical support. No agency chaos, no dealing with ten different people – just a solution that works in the long term.
